Process media, such as highly viscous tomato paste and ginger garlic paste, are moved from barrels into storage tanks using vertical barrel pumps. These pumps don't need to be primed frequently like centrifugal pumps do, which need to be primed each time the hose pipe is taken out of the barrel. This pump primes itself. To ensure that the barrels are emptied continuously and without interruption, take out the suction hose after emptying the first barrel and put it into the second. The main purpose of this progressive cavity screw type barrel pump is to move viscous liquids out of barrels or tanks. It is equipped with a stainless steel eccentric screw and a nitrile or appropriate rubber-molded stator.
